Your confirmed details, selling prices and chosen currency remain the source of truth.
Less admin between you and your customers.
Organise the spreadsheet
Make headings, product names, units and price formats consistent. Flag possible duplicates, missing details and conflicting values for your decision.
Prepare the price list
Create a simple PDF from your confirmed information, ready to email or share with customers.
Keep an editable copy
Receive the spreadsheet as well as the PDF, so your business can keep using and updating its own product information.
How an order works
Tell us what needs fixing
Email the file type, number of products, currency and the result you need. We confirm suitability, the price and delivery timing before payment.
Resolve unclear details
We organise the file and ask you to confirm anything uncertain. We do not invent prices or silently change conflicting figures.
Get the finished files
Review a preview, request the included minor revision if needed, then receive the final spreadsheet and PDF by email.
A small example, from start to finish.
A product file contains two different prices for the same item and another product with no price.
See how we tidy the file, preserve the supplied amounts and clearly flag the questions that need your decision.
Fictional ZAR and USD examples. These are separate illustrative prices, not currency conversions or customer orders.
What the example shows
- Original data retained alongside a cleaned review
- Consistent product codes, units and price formatting
- Conflicting and missing prices held for confirmation
- A price-list preview and a separate US-dollar example
Your approved information and specified currency determine the final output. We confirm uncertain details before preparing a customer copy.
Start with one small job.
A fixed-scope pilot lets you see whether the service is useful before committing to more work.
Suitable for an existing Excel or CSV product file with confirmed prices. Your list uses your specified currency, such as USD, GBP, EUR or ZAR. Larger lists and repeat updates are quoted separately.
The delivery target is two business days after payment and a complete, agreed brief. We confirm availability and an agreed delivery date and time zone before accepting your order.
750 South African rand. Your product list can use a different currency.
- One Excel or CSV file, up to 50 products and 10 columns
- Consistent formatting and a list of questions to resolve
- One editable Excel file and one simple PDF price list
- One minor revision within the agreed scope
No subscription required. Extra work is agreed and quoted first.
Before you send a file
A clear scope protects your time and keeps the work predictable.
What is outside the pilot?
Scanned documents, manual research, bookkeeping, tax advice, complex formulas, database or store integrations, and original graphic design are outside this package. Ask first if your file needs a different kind of work.
Can you choose or verify my selling prices?
You provide and approve the prices. We check the file for inconsistencies and ask questions; we do not certify commercial accuracy or decide your pricing.
Can customers outside South Africa enquire?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses locally and overseas. Please enquire in English and tell us your country, time zone and required product currency. We confirm suitability and an available payment method before accepting an order.
Which currency will my price list use?
The currency you specify, using your approved selling prices. We can format USD, GBP, EUR, ZAR and other agreed currencies. We do not silently convert amounts or choose prices. Any requested conversion needs a separate agreement about the rate, date and rounding.
How does payment from overseas work?
Our service fee is quoted in South African rand (ZAR). Where our confirmed payment method accepts your overseas card, your card issuer converts the charge if your account uses another currency. The final converted amount is determined by your issuer. We confirm international payment availability before accepting your order.
How are payment, changes and cancellations handled?
Scope, price, payment instructions and cancellation terms are agreed by email before work starts. If we cannot complete the agreed work, we discuss a remedy or refund. Please email promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
What information should I send?
Start with the file type, product count and what you need. Avoid passwords, identity documents, bank details and customer personal information. Share only business data you have permission to provide.
How will you use my information?
Enquiry details and order files are used to respond and carry out the agreed service. AI-assisted tools may support preparation, with checks before delivery. Discuss sensitive or confidential files with us before sharing them. This page has no enquiry form or analytics added by us.
